tofore a hereafter incutted. of any nature whaucever~ shall remain unpaid. eithet before or after the maturity
thereof. the said Borrowen will do the folbwing things. to-w-it:
(s) Pay promptly when due all flte and windstorm insurance premiums, taxes~ aaessmena. dues and charges of
every ldnd imposed or levied upon their real and penonalproperty prior to the tir:re arhen any such sums shall
beoome delinquent or in default; and
(b) Promptly pay when due any and all sums due and owing on any mortgage or other encumbrance on the prop-
ertyhereinafter described and aill never suffer or permit any mortgage lien or encumbrance thereon to be-
come delinquent or go into default,
2, The BorroMen agree that they will not. without first proc~uing the oonsent in writing of the said Bank here-
after create or permit any lien or other eacumbrance to exist on cheirp~opetty. real otpe rsonal. now owned or here-

3, The Borrowen agree that they shall not have t6e privilege ~ nor will they sell, transfer~ assign, hypothecate, a
