hereditaments and agpurtena.nces thereunto bel~onging or in ar~ririse appertaining, and

and demand vhatscever, as vell in laW as in equity, of the said I+Iortgagor in and to

defeasibly seized of said land in fee si.~ple; that he has full pos+er end lavftiil right
to comrey the same in fee simpl~e as aforesaid; that it shall be laWful for the
Mortgagee at all times peaceably and quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy and en~oy ~
said land, e.nd every part thereof; that tbe land is and ~rill remain free fro~ all
= encumbrances; that said Mortgagor vill make sucb further assuraaces to perfect the fee !
simpZe title to said l.and in said Mortgagee as may be reasonably required, aad that
