Bankers Trust Company and The Florida I~ationat Bank of Jacksonville, a
national banking association organized and eicisting under the laws of ~
the United SLaLes of America, whose~:.post office address is West Bay Ar.nex,
Jacksonville, Florida, 32203, are owners and holders, as Trustees of that
certain Mortgage and Deed of Trust dated as of January 1, 1944, and
executed by Florida Por`er ~ Light Company, a Florida corporation, in
favor of such Trustees, an eaecuted counterpart of vhich Was recorded in
Mortgage Book 54 at Page I9 of the Public Records of St. Iucie
County, Florida, as supplemented by twenty-four Supplemental Indentures
thereto, described as to name, date and recordation, among the Public
Records of such county on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part of
this Affidavit as though set out herein, which Mortgage and Deed of
Trust as so supplemented is herein referred to as Mortgage and Deed
oi Trust; that said Bankers Trust Company and said The Florida National
Bank of Jacksonville are the owners and holders of said Mortgage and Deed
of Trust as security for the payment of the principal and the interest on
certain First Mortgage Bonds fro~m time to time issued thereuader; and that ~
the amount of such~First Mortgage Bonds issued under such Mortgage and Deed ~
of Trust aad outstailding and unpaid on December 1, 1971, is $842,406,000.00
with outstandir.g and unpaid interest thereon on Uecember 1, t971, in the
au,o:~nt of $9,051,3?9.14.
