including without limitation equipment, inventory, fixtures and property to became
fixtures, documents, instruments, chattel ~aper, general intangibles and contract
rights, all as defined in the Uniform Canm~ercial Code, and subjected or intended to -
be subjected to the Iien of the Debtor's Mortgage and Deed of Trust dated as of
January 1, 1944, in favor of Bankers Trust Canpany and The Florida I~ational Bank of
Jacksonville, Trustees, as heretofore or hereafter to be supplemented (the Mortgage),
which Mor[gage and Supplemental Indentures thereto have been or will be recorded in
various counties in Florida and are available for inspection at the offices of the
Debtor or either of the 5ecured Parties.
