For and in consideration of the sum of Ten and n~oM/10+~~ars
to the undersigned in hand paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, we fiereby release the property hereinafter ~
described~ from a certain iien arising out of that certain contract ~
dated February 20. 1959, by and between North Beach Water Company,
a Florida cerFeration, and Navillus DeveloQment Corporati~n, a
Florida corporation, as recorded in Deed Book 245. Page 596, and
re-recorded in Lien Bo~k on September 2~, 19b0, and revised
Agreement recorded in Book 76 at Page 497, of the official
records of St. Lucie Gounty~ Florida, wherein North Beach Water

Company agreed to furnish water and perform other things in con-

nection with the water installation in the Subdivision of Coral ~
Cove Beach under certain terms and conditions. Said property,
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, is described as f ollows:
