that on the 17th day of November, 1971, appeared before them ALEX
~ LITTLETON, being the husband of DOLLIE MAE LITTLETON, that in the
presence of the Affiants that certain Mortgage Deed and Note to
~ which this Affidavit is attached, was read over to the said Alex

; Littleton, and fully explained to him; that he stated that he under- ~
; stood the nature of the said Mortgage Deed and Note and the terms
` thereof, and thet he desired to execute the same, but was unable to f
~ read, and the said ALEX LITTLE~ON was unabI.e to write his name there- ~
upon, and the said ALEX LITTLETON made his "X" on said Mortgage Deed F
~ and Note for the purposes of executing the Mortgage Deed and Note. ?
