2. The ~lortgagee may, at h~s opt~on, and w•ithout wan•~ng h~s r~Eht to acceleratt the ~ndebtedness hereh~
s~cured and to foreclose the same, pay eithet befare ot after delinquency any or all of those certain obl~gauun~
required by the terms hereof to be paid by the Mortgagot for the protection of the mortga6e security ~~r fot the ~~~i-
le~t~on of the ~ndebtedness h~reb~• secured. Ail sum~ sa ad~•anced ot paid b~• the ~Mrtgagee shall be char6rd i~t~~
