of the Estate of W. A. PALMER, deceased, Parties of the First

Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, Parties of the Second Part,
W I T N E S S E T H:
The Parties of the First Part on the 26th day of November,
197i, pursuant to Order ~f the County Judge's Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida, dated November 11 , 1971, and in consideration
of the premises, and of the full payment of an Agreement for Deed
previously entered into between Grantors' predecessor in title

~ and the Grantees herein, and the other good and valuable con-

; sideration in hand paid, grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,

~ rel~ase, convey and confirm to the Parties of the Second Part,

£ and to their heirs and assigns forever, that certain real property
