that DAVIE AUCTION SERVICE, IldC. was incorporated under the laws
of the State of Florida on July 20, 1950, and continued as a
corporation until June 28, 1965, on which date a Proclamation was
issued by tt~e Governor of the State of Florida dissolving said
corporation for its failure to file in this office its annual
corporation reports and pay its corporation capital stock tax as
required by Law.
