THIS DEED MADE AND ENTERED INTO this ~ T~ day of November,
19?1, between CITY 1~TIO1~L BANK OF MIAMI, the duly constituted and
appointed guardian of the property of JOSEPH LAURANS, Incompetent,
of the Cbunty of Dade and State of Florida, as party of the first
part, and CLARENCE ENGLE, of the County of .Srt~ Llle~~_ and
State of Florida, as party of the second part;
WITNESSETH: that on Nove.~aber ~S~'~, 1971, upon the Petition
of the party of the first part, the Aono=able Frank B. Dowling,
County Judge, entered an Order Granting Authority to Convey Real
Property providing for the transfer of certair real property owned
by JOSEPH LAURANS, Incompetent. Now, therefore, for ONE ($1.00)
DOLLAR and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, the party of the fi.rst part has transferred
and conveyed, and does hereby transfer and convey unto the said

- An undivided 25 percent interest in and to the
unplatted part of Block 2, as shown on the
~ revised map of Fort Pierce Beach, according to
