Company agreed to furnish water and perform other things in con-
nection with the water installation in the Subdivision of Coral
Cove Beach under certain terms and conditions. Said property, ;
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, is described as f ollows:
Lot 24, Block 5 and Lot 36, Block 4, Coral Cove Beach Subdivision, ~
Section One, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11 at Pages
; 30A and 30B of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
