the Last Will and Testament of Herman Schmidt, Sr., also known as ~ !

Herman Schmidt, deceased, late of St. Lucie County, Florida, and ~ ;
$DWARD SCHIKIDT and H$RMAN SCHMIDT~ JR., individually, joined
herein by their respective wives, SMILIA J. SCHMIDT and SLL$N N.
SCHIdIDT, p~lrties of tYie first part, and HSLSNB I.. M&SSER, of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and whose mailing address is 211 Avenue A,
Fort Pierce, Florida, party of the second part,
WITNSSSETH:
WH~AS, the s aid Herman Schmidt, Sr. departed this life
on the 28th day of June, 1971, leaving a last will and testament

wherein the s aid EDWARD SCffiKIDT and HSRMAN SCI~MIDT~ JR. were named
as alternate executors thereof; and

to probate on the 12th day of July, 1971, by the County Judge of

# St. Lucie County, Florida; and

; WSSREAS , the s aid BDWARD SCI~+IIDT and HERMAN SCHMIDT~ JR.

` are the duly qualified and acting executors of the last will and

~ testament of Herman Schmidt, Sr.. deceased, and under the terms and

" provisions of s aid las t wi 11 and tes tament the s aid EDWARD SCHIKIDT

§ and HERMAI~T SCHMIDT, JR. are duly empowered to sell and dispose of

~ the real and personal property belonging to said testator at the
time of his death; and

~ WHffitEAS, the las t wi 11 and tes tament of s aid decedent

devised and bequeathed his residuary estate, which includes the
hereinafter described real and personal property, to the said
- SDWARD SCI~MIDT and HffitMAN SCHIyIDT, JR., individually, the wife of
= said decedent, Gertrude Schmidt, having died on December 14, 1970.
NOW, THERSFORE, in consideration of the premises and of
