and testament of Herman Schmidt, Sr., and the said EDWARD SCHI~iIDT
and HIERMAN SCHI~lIDT, JR. , individually, as residuary devisees and
legatees aforesaid, and their said wives, parties of the first
part, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released,
conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto said party
of the sec~nd part, and her heirs and assigns forever, all that
certain parcel of land lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described as:
From the NW corner of Lot 10 of Maravilla Gardens,
Unit 1, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
6 at page 55 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
Connty, Florida, run S along N line 610 feet for
P. O. B. thence S 135.25 feet to S line of Lot
10, thence S 60 feet, thence N 135.25 feet, and
thence W 60 feet to P. O. B.
TOGLTI~R with all the hereditaments and ~
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining;
AISO, all household furniture, furnishings~
equipment and appliances contained in the dwelling
honse located upon the above described premises,
and all other personal property upon s aid premises
excepting a power lawn mower,
subject, however, to all taxes assessed and levied upon said
property for 1970 and subsequent years. ~
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same and all the estate,
right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever, which the
said Herman Schmidt, Sr. had at the time of his deatYi urita the
s aid party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever.
