Flagler Street, Miami, Florida 33130. ~ ~ G. That this joint vepture shall continue until the property of the joint venture is realized in cash (or such sooner time as the parties may determine). H. That CLAUDE L. EICHEL, Trustee shall act as attorney for the joint venturers, with full power to transact any business on its behalf. I. That as to the real estate described as the "Unplatted part of Block 2", CLAUDE L.
