REAL PROPERTY ~ Incomgetent. . : ; COMES NOW, CITY I~ATIOI~IL BANK OF MIAMI, as guardian of the l property of JOSEPH IAURANS, Incompetent, and petitions this Court for the entry of an Order herein authorizing it to convey real property owned by its ward and in support thereof would show unto the Court as follows; 1. That your Petitioner is the duly qualified and acting guardian of the property of JOSEPH LAURANS, In~ompetent, having b~e~ issued Letters of Guardianship herein on or about September 3, 1971. 2. That among the assets of said ward is an undivided a 25 percent interest in Certain real property which said ward ' I received as a liquidating distributee and former stockholder of FORT PIERCE BEe~CH DEVELOP.ti1EI~7'r CO., a dissolved Florida corporation. ; ; 3. That pursuant to a Joint Venture Agreement, a copy ~ of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, said ward, by and through CLAUDE L. EICHEL, deceased, a previous guardian of his property, together with other liquidating distributees and former stockholders of FORT PIERCE BEACH DEVELOPMENT CO., authorized CLAUDE L. EICHEL ~ to act as Trustee for all of their interests as such former stock- ; holders. 4. That pursuant to a Deposit Receipt l~greement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B, CLAUDE L. EICHEL, as said Trustee, agreed to convey the unplatt~ part of Block 2, FORT PIERCE .
