5. That your Petitioner believes ii: would be in the
best interest of its ward to consunu;late said real estate txansaction
and convey the undivided 25 percent interest in said property to
CLARENCE ENGLE according to the terms of said Deposit Receipt
Agreement. ~
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner respectfully requests the
entry of an Order herein approving and granting this Petition and
authorizing your Petitioner to e~:ecute any and all documentation

necessary to convey its ward's undivided 25 percent interest in and
to the unplatted part of Block 2, as shown on the revised map of
Fort Pierce Beach, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in
Plat Book 8, at Page 29, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, to CLARENCE ENGLE, according to the terms as specified in
the Deposit Receipt Agreement.
