the property of JOSEP~i I,AURANS, Incoinp~tent, is hereby authorized
to execute any and all documentation necessary to convey its ward's
undivided 25 percent interest in and to the unplatted part of
Block 2, as shown on the revised map oi Fort Pierce Beach, according
to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, at Page 29, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, to CLARENCE ENGVE,
according to the terms as specified in the.Deposit Re::eipt Agree-
ment.
