FALK, as the duly appointed, qualified and acting Ancillary Sxecutrix of the Last Will and Testament of the above- named decedent, respectfully represents unto this honorable court: 1. T'hat one of the assets of this estate which is ~ocated in the State of Florida is an eiqht and one-third pzrcent (8-1/396) undivided interesb in and to certain real prop~rty located in St. Lucie County, and is legally described as follows: Z'he unplatted part of Block 2, RLVISED MAP OF ~ FT. PIERCE BEACH SUBDIVISI0:~1, as recorded in ` Plat Book S at Page-29 of the Public Records ` of St. Lucie County, Florida. ' ~ ~ . ~ 2. That the pztitioner, together with the other co-owners , { of said real prop~rty, have received an offer for the purchase of r ~ said property from Clarence Engle for a total price af $105,000.00. ~ ~ 29~6 of said purchase price is to be paid at the closing, and the ~ ~ balance to be secured by a purchase money mortgage on the subject ~ ~ ~ property payable in five equal annual installments, plus interest ~ ~ - ~ at 8% pzr annum. Attached hereto and made a part hereof is the ~ ~ = ~ Daposit Receipt in conjunction with said proposed sale. ; ~ ~ 3.
