THIS CAUSS having come on to be heard before me upon the
sworn Petition of HBLEN J. FALR, as ?~ncillary Executrix of the

above-named decedent, to sell certain real estate which,is an asset
of said estate, and the Court havinq considered said petition and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
~
ORDERED AND ADJUD~ED that said Pztition be and the same is
hereby granted, and t?ie said HELEN J. FALK, as Ancillary Executrix
of the Estate of MYRODT P. FALK, deceased, be and she is hereby
authorized to sell the interest of the estate in the property here-
inafter described to Clarence Engle, in accordance with the ter,ns of
the D~posit Receipt agre~~neat dated July 12, 1971, concerning the
subject property; and said Ancillary Executrix is authorized to pay ~

the pro rata share of the necessary closing costs and the custo:nary ~
real estate commission; and said Ancillary Executrix is further

authorized to do any act and deed necessary to accomplish~~said sale. ~
