9. In the event of a catastrophe such as freeze, drought, tornado,
or other natural disaster which might damage 50 per cent or more ~
~ of the fruit crop the mortgagors shall be relieved of making
principal payments for that year provided, however, the interest
j; payments shall be paid.
~~.0. The mortgagors agree and covenant that they will exercise good f
~ husbandry in the care of said grove and property and shall be
~ maintained in a standard that is customary with good grove
~ maintenance in the St. Lucie County and Indian River County
! area, and mortgagee shall have the right to enter said property
; ~ for the purpose of inspecting the standard of grove caretaking
~ ~ being exercised by mortgagors. .
