ORDER APPOINTING RECEIYER AND ~
ORDER OF L QUIDATION
THIS CAUSE came on for further hearing on the Relator's motion for
temporary injunction, for order to show cause on appointment of receiver and
for liquidation and the Court, having considered the evidence before it,
including the testimony of Hunter ~~lyatt-8ravn, Jr., President of Respondent,

~ and argument of counsel, and being fully advised in the premises, finds:
> . 1. That the Episcopal School Foundation College Award Program, Inc.,

; is a Florida corporation not for profit authorized to transact a Scholarship

~ Plan business in the State of Florida. ~
= 2. That Section 617.60, Florida Statutes, authorizes the Departme~t

' of Insurance to bring proceedings in the Circuit Court in and for Leon County,
~ ~
~ Florida, for the dissoiution or liquidation of such Scholarship Plan corporation,
~ ,
' and further, by reference to the provisions of Chapter 631, Florida Statutes,
~i authorizes the Relator to apply to this Court for an order appointina it as
~ Receiver and directing it to liquidate the business of such Scholarship Plan
= corporation. . '
