That the Episcopal School Foundation College Award Program, Inc., 1 f ; is a Florida corporation not for profit authorized to transact a Scholarship 3 ~ Plan business in the State of Florida. ~ = 2. That Section 617.60, Florida Statutes, authorizes the Departme~t ~ ~ ' of Insurance to bring proceedings in the Circuit Court in and for Leon County, ~ ~ ~ Florida, for the dissoiution or liquidation of such Scholarship Plan corporation, ~ , ' and further, by reference to the provisions of Chapter 631, Florida Statutes, ~i authorizes the Relator to apply to this Court for an order appointina it as ~ Receiver and directing it to liquidate the business of such Scholarship Plan = corporation. .
