Before me, a Notary Public, personally appeared RONALD G. EDWARDS

who after being sworn according to law, deposes and says:
1. That he is the son of Carleton G. Edwards who died on February 5, 1969 ~

at Dade County, Ftorida. ~
2. That the said Carleton . Edw~rds and Jessie L. Edwards, his wife
were the grantees named in that certain deed dated August 15, 1956 and
filed Aug. 20, 1956 under Clerkts file no. FF 126204 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida; wherein the following described property was conveyed: ~
Lot 4, iri Bic~ck 112, o~ Amended Plat Of The Tropics, acc~rding `
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, at page 1?, of the ~
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
: 3. That Carleton G. Edwards and Jessie L. Edwards, his wife, had entered
~j into an Agreement to purchase property described hereafter, and on the lOth of May,

f ^ 1$?1 General Development Corporation, made and executed a Warranty Deed to

~ Carleton G. Edwards and Jessie L. Edwards, his wife, to the following described
property, to-wit: ~
Lot 13, 14, Btock 712 of PORT ST. LUCIE, Section 18, a subdivision
according to the Ptat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 13, page 17, ~
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said deed was
; filed on June 10, 19? 1 and recorded in O. R. Book 193, at page 165
of said Public Records.
4. That on February 5, 1969 and at atl times thereafter until the death of the

said Carleton G. Edwards and Jessie L. Edwards were continously husband and ~

~ wife and that such reiationship was continuous and uninterrupted until the death of ;
the said Carleton G. Edwards.
5. That there is attached to and made a part of this Affidavit a Florida non-
taxable certificate evidencing that the estate of the said Carleton G. Edwards is
not subject to any estate tax.
