states as follows:
1. That Declarant, BEACH CLUB CC~LONY OF STUART, INC. . a
Florida corporation, is the owner in fee simple of certain lots in BEACH
CLUB COLC~NY, SECTION (~NE. situate and being in the County of St, Lucie.
State of Florida. according to the plat thereof~ filed A~Tay 13, 1971 and re-
' corded in Plat Book 16, page 11. St, Lucie County~ Florida. public records.
Declarant is ccnstructing upon each of said lots two (21 single-family dwellir.g
structures connected by a common wall. Each such structure is designed to
~ be occupied solely by a single family living independently of all others. but

~ will share a common wall with the adjoining structure.

~ 2. The common wall shared by the two (2) single-family dwelling struc-

k tures~ will be located on an imaginary line dividing each of the aforesaid lots

into two (2) separate, distinct and approximately equal parcels~ as more -

part hereof, and shall be a party wall for the perpetual benefit of ana use by

3. In the event that it shall become necessary or desireable to per- ~
