All Lots in BEACH CLUB COLONY, SECTIO~1 ONE, according to the Plat thereof, filed May 13, 1971 and recorded in Plat : : Book 16, Page 11, St, Lucie County, Florida, public records,shall be used ex~lusively for residential puYposes~ with the exception that Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of said subdivision may also be used for business purposes. 2. No tents, housetrailers or temporary buildings shall be erected or placed upon any lot, without the prior written consent of the Grantor herein. No wire fence shall be erected on any lot or part 4 thereof, and no fences of any kind shall be erected on any lot or portion thereof which exceed an average of four (4) feet. 3. No livestock or fowl shall be permitted on said property; nor sha11 any nuisance bP permitted or carrie:i out on said property. 4. Upon each lot has been constructed a duplex dwelling, con- sisting of two (2) approximately equal but separate parcels. The ~ f owner of each such parcel shal~ be responsible for the maintenance and ~ . = repair of said parcel, and with cutting, clearing, weeding, cultivating, 4 t ~ and otherwise maintaining the lawn on said parcel.
