Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, inciuding all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or artictes, whethe~ in singfe units or cert-
tr~lly contro(ted, used to supply fieat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrige~ation, ventiliation or
other services, and any other thing now or hereafier therein or the?eon, the furnishing of whlch by lessors
