ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE ~Q~16
In consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable considerations, receipt of which is acknowledged,
CHESTER R.~ BOLIN, does hereby give, grant, sell, convey and

assign to FT. PIERCE FLYING SERVICE, INC., a Florida corpora- i
tion, hi s entire interest in and to a certain Lease Agreement
wherein the said Chester R. Bolin is Lessee and St. Lucie
County is Lessor, said Lease Agreement being dated July 24,

1958, and having been recorded July 31, 1958, in Deed Book 239,
page 515, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
The said Chester R. Bolin warrants and represents that

said lease is currently in good standing and it has paid and
discharged all rental due thereunder to the date hereof and
furtYier represents and warrants that this assignment has been
approved by the said Lessor in a duly constituted meeting. ~
