Before me, the undersiqned authority, personally
appeared W. V. MacDONALD, who beinq first duly sworn did
depose and say:
1. That he is the son of WILLIAM MacDONALD and ANNA
MAUDE MacDONALD, and has personal knowledge of the facts
stated herein.
2. During their marriage, his said parents acqui~ed ~
various properies in St. Lucie County, Florida, in their . ~
joint name.
j 3. The said ANNA MAUDE MacDONALD died in St. Louis

County, Missouri, on May 27, 1954. She and WILLIAM MacDONALD

s remained married until the time of her death and after her
; death, the said WILLIAM MacDONALD did not remarry and was a
single man in 1956 when he and others conveyed a certain citrus
E grove to DiGiorgio Fruit Corporation, said qrove being situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida:
