THIS DEED executed the~~day of December, 197I, between {

BENJAMIN MINOS, as the Administrator cF the Estate of McKINLEY BROWN,
Deceased, Party of the First Part, and BENJAMIN MINUS, Party of the
Second Part, whose address is 24~1 A~~enue "D", Fort Pierce, Florida.

Pursuant to distribution being made of all of the assets of
the above Estate to the sole heir of said decedent and in considera-
tion thereof, and other good and valuable consideration, the Adminis-
trator hereby grants, bargains, sells and conveys tn the Party of the
Second Part, his heirs and assigns forever, the following real property,
in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots 20, 21 & 22, Block C, of REVISED PLAT
OF ALAMANDA VISTA, as per plat thereof re-
corded in the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredita~aents,
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
' property.

TO HAVE~AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second Part,
