Lessor~a Right of Entry. The Lessor and its agenta shall have ; the right o en ry upon e em sed Premises at all reasonable times ~ to examine the condition and use thereof, and if said premises are dam- ~ ; aged by any casualty which causes the premises to be exposed to the el- : ements, then the Lessor may enter upon the premises to make emergency ~ repairs, and it shall have the right to recover the costs thereof from $ the Lessee as additional rent due under the terms of this Lease. ~ 24.
