36. COU1@S-. A copy of this Ninety-Nine Year Lease may be ex- ~
hibited or delivered to each person contracting to acquire a condomi- ~
nium unit in the Comdominium from the Developer, for the purpose AP ~
making full disclosure of all oP the terms ar~d provisions hereof. Each
such Feraon expressly agrees and con8ents that minor changes, deletions,
additions and amendments may be made to this Lease prior to the record-
ation thereoP, and Nith~ut further advice or notice to such peraon, ~
for the purpose of correct3ng-typographical errors, complying with the ~
requirements of an institutional mortgagee, or for other reason, pro-
vided such deletion, addition and /or smendment shall not materially - ~
adversely affect the rights oP such peraon or the Lessee hereunder. ~
37. Gender and Use oP SinQUlar or Plural. Wherever the context
hereof so requires or pe~its the use of the singular shall include the
plural, and the use of the plural shall include the singular; and the
use of any gender shall include all genders.
