KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Citizens Fede~al Savings and Loan Associatio~ of St. lucie Couny, a
corporotion u~der the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by G. B.Hutchinson
and Mel issa Hutchinson, his wife ~ dated January 21 19 , and recorded
in the public records of S t. Luc i e ~ County, florida, in Official Record Book ~ 89 on page ~
2 1 56 , securing the payment of the sum of

has received full payment of the indebtedness evide~ced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth

mortgage in and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Cou~t of the afore-
