Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
Frank H. Fee, III, who, being duly sworn, says that he is the
attorney of the lienor herein, East Coast Lumber & Supply Co.,
P. O. Box 790, Fort Pierce, Florida, and that iii pursuance of a
contract with Jim Melvin and Associates, Building Contractors,
P. O. Box 1465, Melbourne, Florida 32935, said lienor furnished labor,
services or materials consisting of:
Roof framing materials, nails, trim hardware,
millwork, and other miscellaneous building supplies,
on the following described property situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida:
That part of the North 445 feet of Lot 1 of
CARLSON'S SUBDIVISION lying betwe~n U'S'. Highway
Na. 1 and Old Dixie Highway and being in Section 2I,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East, in St. Lucie County,
Florida, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3,
page 24 of the public records of St. Lucie County,

owned by Harry Midelis and Catharine Midelis, his wife; and N. H. +
~ii~eiis, a single adult, of a total value of ~ao Thousand Seven
Hundred Twentv-Two and 37/100 Dollars (52,322.37), of which there
remains unpaid Two Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Two and 37/100
Dollars ($2,722.37); and furnished the first of same on May 28,
1971, and the last of the same on November 26, 1971, and that the
lienor served his notice to owner on December _~S 1971, by manual
