TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS
Section 501. Lessee further agrees to pay as additional rent for
tne demised pre~r~ises, all taxes and assessments, general and special,
:vater rates, utilities and all other impositions, ordinary and extra-

o~ninary, of every kind and nature whatsoever, wnich may be levied, ~
assessed or imposed upon the demised premises or any part thereof or

~n5 or becoming due and payable durinq the term of this Lease and any
axte:sion thereof, provided, however, that the general taxes levied

Section 503. Lessor shall, at its option, have the right at all

~ including reasonable expenses, shall be so much additional r~nt due at
