Lessee shall not be required to pay any tax, assessment, tax lien or other imposition or charqe upon or aqainst ~ said demised premises or any part thereof or the improvements at any t ~~r.:e situated thereon so lonq as Lessee shall, in qood faith and with du~ diligence, contest the same or the validity thereof by appropriate iegai proceedings which shall have the effect of preventinq the col- lection of the tax, assessment, tax lien or other imposition or charge so contested, provided th3t, pending any such legal proceedinqs Lessee ; shall give Lessor such reasonable security as may be demanded by Lessor ~o ~i~sura paymant of the amount of the tax, assessment, tax Iien or otne: imposition or charge, and all interest and penalties tnereon. 5ection 505. In the event that Lessee at any time institutes suit ~ ta recover. any tax, assessment, tax lien or other imposition or charge ~ ~aid Dy ~essee under protest in Lessor's name, Lessee shall have the :i5:~t, at its own sole ex?ense, to institute and prosecute such ~~~it ~ ar suits in Lessor's name, in which event Lessee covenants and aqrees ! ; Lo indemnify Lessor and save it harmless from and against all costs, ~ i ~ i ~r ii:.bilities in connection with any such suit.
