LIABTLITY AND BOILER INSURANCE
Section 801. Lessee further agrees that it will at all times
duri:~g the term hereof, carry and maintain, for the mutual benefit of
~essor and Lessee and the agents of Lessor, general public liability
insurance to the limit of not less than $500,000.00 in respect to each
~erso:. and to the limit of not less than $1,000,000.00 in respect to
any one occurrence causing bodily injury or death, and to limit of .
not less than $500,000.00 in respect to property damage. Lessee sha-~~l .
~::rnish Lessor with a dup2icate certificate or certificates of such

ir.surance policy or policies. All such insurance shall be procured
~ro:n a res~onsible insurance company or companies satisfactory to
Lessor and to Lessor's mortgagees aiid authorized to do business in the
state where the demised premises are located; and may be obtained 'ny
Lessee by enaorsement on its blanket insurance policies, provided the
~r~sur~,nce company or companies are satisfactory to Lessor. Ail such
~oiic~es sP:all provide that the same may not be cancelled or altered
except upon ten (~CO) day's prior written notice to Lessor.

sK- Section 901. Lessee shall at all times during the term of this "

4 Lease, at its expense, keep in effect fire and extended coveraqe insur-

ar.ce on all buildings and improvements on the demised premises, in an
amoun~ equal to the full replacement value, or to the full insurable

= value thereof, whichever is greater, but not less than that required !
