Lessee further agrees that it will at all times duri:~g the term hereof, carry and maintain, for the mutual benefit of ~essor and Lessee and the agents of Lessor, general public liability insurance to the limit of not less than $500,000.00 in respect to each ~erso:. and to the limit of not less than $1,000,000.00 in respect to any one occurrence causing bodily injury or death, and to limit of . not less than $500,000.00 in respect to property damage.
