Section 1102. In case Lessee shall fail to contest the

validity of any lien or claimed lien and give seC~irity to Lessor
to insure payment thereof, or havinq commenced to contest the same

ano having given such security, shall fail to prosecute such contest
~
with diligence, or shall fail to have the same released and satisfy ~
any judgment rendered thereon, then Lessor may, at its election
(but shall not be rsquired so to do) remove ar discharge such lien
or claim for lien (with the riqht, in its discretion, to settle or
cor~promise the same), ancl any amounts advanced by Lessor for such
~urposes shall be so much additional rental due from Lessee to
~.essor at the next rent day after any such payment, wi.th interest
aL the rate of ten per cent (10$) per annwn from the date of
~ay:;~ent thereof .

CONDEMl\ATION '
Scccion 120I. In the event the whole of the demised premises
