ANNUAL STATEMENTS S~~ction 1501. Lessee further aqrees to furnish Lessor anr,ually as soon as possibie after the end of each fiscal year, with a copy of its ~ ; anr.ua~ audited statement, and semi-annual financial statements, if ~ Y ~ ava~l~ble, and agrees that Lessor may deliver such statements to its i ~ 's 5 ::~;~,gee. So long as Lessee is a publicly held corporation, its ~ _ ~ _~uc~~ished Annual Report shall satisfy the requirements of this Section ~ ~ i5~~. Failure to so deliver any statement shall not constitute a ~ r ~ ae~~u~t hereunder until 30 days after written notice from L~ssor to ~ Lessee of failure to so deliver. ~ . ~ INDEA4NITY FOR LITIGATION ~ ~ ~ ~ Section 1601.
