e«ect (or if there have been modifications, that the same is in full
force and effect as modified, and statinq the modifications), and the
date to wnich the rental and other charqes have been paid in advance, ,
any, it being intended that any such statement delivered p~;rsuant

INSPECTION OF PREMISES
