~ro~erty, fixtures, apparatus, machinery and equipment now or hereafter

iocated upon said land, other than building f ixtures as defined in
~~ction lyUl hereof, and owned by Lessee or any other occupants of the
ue:aised premises and whether or not the same are aff ixed thereto; shall
be and remain the personal property of Lessee or such other occupants,
and the san.e are herein sometimes referred to as "Lessee's equipment".
Seciion 1903. Lessee's equipment may be removed from time to time~
by Lessee or other occupants of the demised ~remises, provided, however,~
;::~a~ ii such removal shall in3ure or damaqe the premises, Lessee shall
reascnab?y repair the damaqe and place the premises i~ the sam2 condi-
tion os it would have been if such equipment had not been installed.
RE-ENTRY UPON DEFAULT ~
section 2001. I.essee further agrees that any one or more of the
io:~lowing events shall be considered events of default as said term is
~~ed :~erein, that i.s to say, if
ia) Lessee shal,l be adjudged bankrupt, or a decree or
! order approving, as properly filed, a petition or answer

i as~cing reorganization of~Lessee under the Federal bankruptcy
~ iaws as now or hereafter amended, or under the laws of any State, ~
~ s~.all be entered, and any such decree or judgment or order shall

~ not have been vacated or stayed or set aside within sixty (60)

~ days from the date of the entry or granting thereof; or
~
(b) Lessee shall file or admit the jurisdiction of the court .

~ ar.d material allegations contained in, any petition in bankruptcy, r

~ or any petition pursuant or purporting to be pursuant to the

r~ederal bankruptcy laws as now or hereafter amended, or Lessee

i7stitution of any proceedinqs for any relief of Lessee under e

;:r a~y banxruptcy or insolvency laws or any laws relatinq to the i

~ :elief of debtors, readjustment of indebtedness, reorganization, ;i
