(c) Lessee shall make any assiqnment for the benefit of
creditors or shall apply for or consent to the appointment of a
receiver for Lessee or any of the property of Lessee; or
(d) A decree or order appointinq a receiver of the property
of I.essee shall be made and such decree or ord~r shall not have
been vacated, stayed or set a~ide within sixty (60) days from the
date of entry or grantinq thereof; or
(e) I.essee shall vacate the leased prEmises or abandon the
same during.the term hereof; or
(f) Lessee shall make default in any monthly payments o~
basic rent required to be made by Lessee hereunder when du~ as
herein provided and such default shall continue for twenty (20)
days after written notice to Lessee, or
(g) Lessee shall make default in any of the other covenants
and agreements herein contained to be kept, observed and per-

Upon the occurrence of any one or more of such events of default,
s;:all be lawful for Lessor, at its election, to declare the said

E ;;.ants then situated thereon or any part thereof, either with or without

~ ~rocess of law, to re-enter and to expel, remove and put out, Lessee

~ as in their first and former estate, without such re-entry and reposses-

~ be performed by Lessee during the full term of this Lease. If default
