W I T N E S S E T H:
The party of the first part pursuant to the power
of sale contained in the Last Will and Testament of the
above-named decedent, and in consideration of the sum
of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other qood and valuable considera-
tion in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms to the party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns forever, that certain real
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particu-
larly described as follows:
