Upon request of the mortgagor the mortgagee covenants and agrees by the
Y~~ acceptance of this mortgage to release 5.6 acres of the above described
W o property as selected by the mortgagor without payment of any further j
~ z e consideration therefor. The mortgagee further covenants and agrees to #
~ m~ release additional lands from the lien of this mortgage from time to ~
J=~ time in increments of not less than five (5) acres each as selected by
W ~ the mortgagor at and for a release price of Three Thousand Five Hundred ~y
~ t Dollars ($3,500.00) for each ~cre released. If any of the lands upon
~ z which a release from the mortgage has been requested have been subdivi- ~
t ded and platted of record, then platted lots shall be released upon

~ ~ the subdivision plat. After the first release, all lands released from
: the lien of this mortgage shall be contiguous to lands previously re-

F frontage on Juanita Avenue contained in such release. The mortgagee
~ shall not be required to give any release while a default exists on thi
~ mortgage or the note secured hereby. All principal payments on the
note secured by this mortgage whether such payment is an annual prinei-

~ releases in accordance with the foregoing provisions and all sums paid
