1. That he is President of Arby's, Inc., an Ohio corpora-
tion and that on the 29th day of February,1970 and April 1, 1970
he was the Vice-President of ARBY'S, INC.
2. That he knows of his own personal knowledge that there
is no such Iegal entity as "Arby's Intex~national", the fact being
that "Arby's International", is an unincorporated division of the
above named Arby's, Inc., the above named corporation of which the
undersigned is now the President.
3. Thafi he knows of his own personal knowledge of the

dated February 28, 1970 and recorded April 1, 1970 in Official

Voldness to Arby's International, said assignment being dated
February 29, 1970 and recorded on April 1, 1970 in Official Records ~
Book 183, page 2453 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
That he further knows of his own personal knowledge that it was the intent
of both the assignor and the assignee that said note and mortgage
were really being assigned, and in f act, were assigned to ARBY'S,
INC., an Ohio Corporation. ~
