3.6 A artmenta. There are four (4) ap~rtmenta in the apart-
ment build ng ereM th aubmitted to condominium o~nerahip, said
apartment building bsing aometimea refsrred to as "Admiral I".
Each apartment in Admiral I is identified by the uae oP a number,
the firat numeral of xhich ehall identify the floor upon Mhich the
apartment la located and the laat txo numerala of Mhich ehall
identify the location ot the apartment on the floor, all as
graphically deacribed in ~hibit B hereto. Thia Declaration of
Condominium may be hereafter amended as herein provided bq
submiasion of additional larids and improvementa to coniominium
oxnership, such additional 2ands and i~r~v+ementa being sometimes
referred to as "Admiral II". Each apartment in.Admiral II rill
be identified by the uae of a number, all ae aha.ll be graphically
described in the amendment submitting aaid additional lands ar~d
improvementa to condominium o~rnership.
4. Appurtenancea to Apartmenta. The oNner of each apartment
unit ahall oMn an un v e s e certain interest in the Gondomi-
nium property, ahich ahare and intereat ahall be appurtenant to the
apartment unit, aaid undivided interest in the Condominium property
and common elementa being as deaignated and set forth in an Exhibit
A attached hereto.
4.1 Limited Como~n Elementa.

be liable or a propo ona e a are o the common eapenaea, such ahare

_ gationa and liabilities of the Aasociation under the terma and proviaiona
of the Ninety-Nine Year Lease.
= 6. Memberahip in Aaseciation. Membership of each apartment oxner
in the Assoe a on s acqu red purauant to th~ p~ovialons of the
Articlea of Incorporation and By-LaMa of the Association. The tntereat
of each apartment unit o~ner in the fur~da and asaets held by the Asaoci-
- ation shall be in the same proportion aa the liability of each auch
