All doors between apar~ments and interior hal ways s a e cept closed at all times when not being used for ingress or egress.- Screens or screen doors on entrances ~ between apartment units and interior corridors are prohibited un- f less specifically authorized by the Association. ~ 12.11 Re ulations. Reasonable regula~ions concerning the use of condo n um property may be made and amended frcm time to time by the Association in the manner provided.by its Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws. Copies of such regulations and amend- ments shall be furnished by the Association to all apartment own- ers and residents of the Condominium upon request. 12.12 Proviso. Provided, however, that until Developer has completed a1Toi"~F~e contemplated improvements and closed the sale of all ef the agartments of the Condominium, neither the apartment owners nor the Association, nor the use of the Condominium property shall inte.rfere with the completion of the contemplated improve- ments and the sale of the apartments. Developer may make 3uch use of the unsold units, comcaon elements and common areas, and of the Recreation Area, as may facilitate such completion and sale, in- cluding, but not limited to, maintenance of a sales office, s?how- ing of the property, and the display of signs. 13• Maintenance of communit interests. No apartment owner may dispose of an apart- ment or any~nterest in an apartment by sale without approv- ; al of the Association. ~ € (b) Lease. No apartment owner may lease an apartment ~ without approval of the Association, except with the express ~ written consent of the Board of Directors of the Association ~ or of the Developer, and such conaent when once given and F relied upon in connection with the purchase and acquisition ~ ~ of a Condominium Apartment Unit may not thereafter be revoked 5 Y or term;.nated without the consent of the apartment owners. ~ ~ (c) Gift.
