establishing record title to a Condominium Unit in the Condominium,
the oxner deaignated by auch instrvment thus becoming a msmber ot ;
the Asaociation, and the membership of the prior oMner baing theraby
te~ninated, parovided, hoxever, any party rrho oxns more than one

unit ahall remain a member of the Aasociation ao long as he ahall

~ retain title to or a fee oMnerahip interest in any unit.
