1. Identity. These are the By-LaMa of COIANNADES CONDOMINIUMS
ASSOCIATION N0. 6, INC. hereinafter called the "Aasociation," a
corporation not for profit under the larra of the State of Florida,
organized purauant to the proviaiona of Chapter 711, Florida Statutea
1963, hereinafter referred to aa the "Condominium Act".
1.1 The office of the AsBOCiation shall be at 1323 ~Yd~~
Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida.

~ 1.2 The fiacal year of the Asaociation ahall be the `
calendar year.

2.3 The aeal oP the Aasociation ahall bear the r~ame
! oP the corporation, the xord "Florida", the Morda "corpora-
~ tion not for profit", and the year of incorporation.

~ 2. Membera' meetinga.

~ 2.1 The annual membera~ meeting ahall be held at the
~ office of the Aasociation at 1323 Bayahore Drive, F+ort Pierce,

~ on the second Thuraday of November of each year, for th~e

~ purpo~e of el~cting directora and tranaacting ar~y other ;

buaineaa authorized to be tranaacted by the membera; pro-
~ vided, hoxever, it that day is a legal holiday, the meet-
~ ing ahall be held at the same hour on the nezt day that is

~ not a holida~r. ~

2.2 Special members' meetinga ahall be held whenever
~x called by the Preaident or Vice-Preaident or by a ma~ority
