peraon entitled to caat the vote for ths condomi~nium

Secretary or Asaiatant Secretary of the corporation
~ and filed rrith the Secretary o! the Association. Such ~
certificatea ahall be valid until revoked or until '
auperseded bq a eubsaquent certificats or until a
change in the ormership of the condominiuen unit con-

cerned. A certificate deaigr~ating the peraon entit 1ed
to caat ths vote of a condominium unit may be revoked
by any oxner of a condominium unit. If auch a certifi-
cate is not on Pile, the vote of auch o~rnera ahall riot ~
be conaidered in determining the requirement for a
