3.4 The organization meeting of a nexly-slected Board of

Directora ahall be held xithin ten (10) days of their election
at auch place ar~d time as ahall be fixed by the Direatore at
the meeting at Mhich they were elected, and no further notice ~
of the organization meeting ahall be necesaary.
3.5 Regular meetings of ths Board of Directors me~y be
held at auch time and place ~s ahall be determined, from tima
to tims, by a maJority of the directore. Notice of regular
meetinga shall be givan to each direator, peraonally or by meil,
telephone or telegraph, at leaat three (3) daya prior to the day
named for auch meeting.
3.6 ~ecial meetinga of the directors may be called by ~

A 3.7 Waiver of notice. Any director may rraive notice ot

3.9 Ad~ourned msetinga. If at ar~y meeting oP the Board
of Directora there be lesa than a quorwo preaent, the ms~oritq ;
of thoae presant may adJourn the raaeting from time to time.
No further notice need be given of an ad~ourned meeting.
