may accelerate the remaining installmenta of the asaesament upon
notice to the condominium unit o~ner, and the then unpaid balance #
of the asaessment ahall be due upon the date atated in the notice,
but not less than five (5) daqs aPter delivery of the notice to

- 6.6 Fidelity bonda may be required by the Board or liireciora

" such an amount as shall be determined by the Beard. The premiuma
= on such bonds shall be paid by the Asaociation.

- 6.7 Audit. An audit of the accounts of the Association
may be made from time to time aa direated by the Board ot' Directora.
